Aluminium melting furnaces by Heat Shield Technologies are the ideal system for preparation and post-treatment of aluminium scrap, foundry returns etc. This melting furnace can also be used as a holding furnace. It features a hydraulic tilting mechanism that makes unloading extremely easy. The furnace features a specially designed ingot mould conveyor system that ensures all moulds are filled uniformly, and prevents spillage of molten metal. Our melting furnaces are available with variable capacities as per your requirements. We customize the burners according to the capacity of the furnace for quick and efficient operation.
