HST Make Bogie Hearth / Car Bottom Furnaces have a wide range of applications. Bogie Hearth / Car Bottom Furnaces are having a fixed rigid structure with a movable bogie/car. Generally, these furnaces are used for very large parts such as structures, heavy castings, mechanical parts, ceramics, or jobs that are difficult to heat treat in other types of furnaces.

A Double Door & Double Bogie/Car arrangement can be provided as an option to increase production and reduce downtime. Bogie Hearth / Car Bottom Furnaces are manufactured in Gas Fired, Oil Fired, or Electrically Heated configurations. These furnaces are equipped with fully automatic controls using PLC, SCADA, and Level IV automation systems.

Thanks to HST technology, furnace operation becomes extremely easy and user-friendly. All furnaces are manufactured in accordance with ASM International Standards, and thermal calibration is carried out as per API Standards or Aviation Standards to ensure accurate and reliable heat treatment performance.
