Continuous Furnaces for Heat Treatment

The Roller Hearth Furnaces are generally used for normalizing treatments for mass production in Steel Foundry, Aluminium Foundry, and Forging sectors. These furnaces are suitable for small components that can be loaded in trays or fixtures.

Roller Hearth Furnaces are available in Gas Fired or Electrically Heated versions. The trays are moved forward by means of hydraulic pushers and slide on rails & rollers provided inside the furnace. These rails and rollers are manufactured using HK Grade Casting. Friction-free self-revolving rollers allow easy movement of trays throughout the furnace.

These furnaces are manufactured with Gas/Oil/Electrical heating options. Fully automatic control systems with PLC, SCADA, and Level IV automation are provided. Thanks to HST Technology, furnace operation becomes easy and user-friendly. All furnaces are manufactured according to ASM International Standards, and thermal calibration is carried out as per API Standards or Aviation Standards.
