Roller hearth furnaces by Heat Shield Technologies offer unmatched productivity, energy efficiency, and versatile utility. They are ideal for hardening, quenching and tempering operations in steel and aluminium foundries and forging plants.
Our roller hearth furnaces feature an innovative system that dramatically decreases the time and labour required during the quenching process. They are equipped with PIT made quenching tanks that have axial submersible agitators. These agitators break the vapour layer produced during the quenching process. These furnaces also feature a motorized/hydraulic lift. This mechanism helps in finishing quenching of one basket in water, oil or polymer within a 15 seconds delay time.

These furnaces feature a user-friendly, full-automated controlling system with PLC, SCADDA and Level IV automation. Which means your staff can learn to operate these systems in no time.
