These furnaces are equipped with hydraulic pushers to slide the trays on rails and rollers and move it forward smoothly. The friction-free, self-revolving roller mechanism ensures that trays move through the furnace consecutively without manual help. These furnaces feature a user-friendly, full-automated controlling system with PLC, SCADDA and Level IV automation. All our furnaces are manufactured in accordance with ASM International Standards and the thermal calibration is done according to API/Aviation standards.
